My Story
Hi, I’m Harsh, a Chartered Accountant and Full-Time MBA candidate at Imperial Business School, where I was awarded the Imperial Excellence Scholarship.
My career has been shaped by a central question: how can rigorous financial analysis reveal not only what a business is worth today, but what it could become?
Before Imperial, I worked in PwC India’s Deals Advisory and Valuation practice, contributing to 30+ M&A engagements across consumer, healthcare, automotive and energy. My work included financial modelling, valuation and synergy analysis that supported a $3 million increase in transaction value. Earlier, KPMG gave me a strong foundation in financial reporting, risk and governance
Beyond finance, photography, travel and teaching have strengthened my curiosity and understanding of people shaping me into an aspiring investor who balances analytical rigour with human insight and long-term value creation.
